TADE A SISTER AND A FRIEND

Created by bukiomotoye 10 years ago
Tade and I were friends in UI and we were both members of IVCU and the medical school. I first noticed Tade when we were in prelim class because of her love and zeal for Jesus and everything associated with the kingdom of God. I still remember like yesterday when Tade boldly stood up at the lecture theatre to invite the prelim students to the yearly crusade that was going on in January 1982. It was because of her invitation that I attended the crusade and I gave my life to Christ. Apostle Numbere was invited to minister from Port Harcourt. Tade you are one of the reason why I am standing as a christian today. REVELATION 14:13 {AMPLIFIED} Then I heard further [perceiving the distinct words of] a voice from heaven, saying, Write this: Blessed (happy, to be envied) are the dead from now on who die in the Lord! Yes, blessed (happy, to be envied indeed), says the Spirit, [in] that they may rest from their labors, for their works (deeds) do follow (attend, accompany) them! Tade you are blessed indeed and all you good works which I am one of do follow/ accompany you in heaven. I pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort us all and keep us in Christ Jesus until we meet again at that great fellowship in heaven amen. I am attaching the picture we took at UCH in 1987 during our swearing in ceremony, the last time I saw you. I am standing at the right, Tade at the middle and Opeyemi Awonaike at the left. Tade I miss you, we all miss you. Buki Onimisi-Omotoye, Nee Omolayo
