Nigeria has indeed lost a star! Tade (as she was fondly called during our UI days) and I were friends in U.I. Apart from living in the same hostel (Queens` Hall), we attended the same Christian fellowship - the Ibadan Varsity Christian Union (IVCU). We`d both gained admission to the university in the same year. As a young undergraduate, her love and zeal for Christ stood out. She was so outstanding in her love for Christ. Her leadership qualities and intelligence were obvious for all to see.She stood out among us.. her peers. I pray that God grants the needed fortitude to bear this loss in Jesus Name.
